Parts that are required to be purchased to complete the job will be charged as an extra expense. Each additional 15 minutes will be charged at a $25.00 rate.

If we resolve the issue before the end of the hour we offer these additional services that include:

• Virus, spyware, malware scan and removal
• Web browser optimisation
• Update operating system
• Hardware dust removal

*Call out fee is one hour minimum.
